Development Land Agent

Phil concentrates mainly upon the development land side of the First City business.  He has always worked in property development following a Masters degree in Land Economy (1996) then qualified as a Chartered Surveyor with national agents Savills.

Phil now has 13 years’ experience of property development and currently acts for a range of private and corporate clients in selling sites, putting together option agreements and development related valuation work.

In his spare time, Phil is a keen sportsman and follows the Scottish rugby team, an experience he describes as “character building”.
